Processing Time

As a small business, our processing times may vary between 2-4 working days. This allows us to carefully prepare and package your order to ensure it reaches you in the best condition.

Delivery Time

Our goal is to provide you with quality products at an affordable price, even if it means a slightly longer delivery time. In most cases, you can expect your order to be delivered within 7-14 days or 5-10 working days after the processing & dispatch. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control.

Delivery Guarantee

We stand by our commitment to delivering your order to you within 30 days from the date of dispatch. However, please be aware that this guarantee does not account for any potential delays caused by customs inspections, which are beyond our control.

Customs and Import Fees

For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees levied by your country's customs agency. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential import fees and duties.

Regarding Channel Island Deliveries Only

Anticipate an extended delivery time of an additional 3-5 days. Orders will be dispatched to our local UK shipping agent before redirection to your specified shipping address. A standard shipping fee (£5-£10) will be applied to orders under £50 for this service, while orders exceeding £50 will have this fee waived.

Checking Local Import Laws

It's important to familiarize yourself with your local import laws and regulations before placing an order. Sleepy Sharky is not responsible for any items seized or delayed by customs, or any additional fees incurred due to non-compliance with your country's import regulations.

Rejected or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us we will apply our Return & Refund Policy. We do not issue refunds or order cancellations for packages lost in transit when being returned to us, unless the customer has purchased Priority Shipping & Protection with their original order, only then can we proceed with an investigation.

Successfully Delivered Orders

In the event that you cannot locate your parcel following a successful delivery notification, we advise you to directly contact your local courier, they will normally have photographic evidence of a successful delivery to help you locate your order. 

The responsibility to investigate and resolve issues related to the delivery of your parcel lies with the courier service once they have confirmed delivery.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and encourage our customers to reach out to their courier's customer service for assistance with locating their parcels or addressing any delivery concerns.

Tracking Your Order

We provide order tracking information whenever possible, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may not be available for all destinations or shipping methods.

Shipping Priority & Protection Fees

Our Shipping Priority Protection Fee is an optional non-refundable charge designed to ensure expedited processing, delivery, and protection against lost and returned parcels for your order. This fee is applied to orders to prioritize their handling and shipment and provides additional safeguards against potential shipping issues. Once paid, the Shipping Priority Protection Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, except if your order has not yet left the warehouse.
