Thank you for shopping at Sleepy Sharky. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our return and refund policy. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at customersupport@sleepysharky.com to request a return authorization. Please provide your "order number followed by RA" within the subject line heading and a brief description of the reason for the return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, and include a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Restocking Fee

Please note that in some cases if a product is unsealed & worn a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and restocking returned items, this is subject on a case by case basis, unless otherwise stated.

Sale Items

Returns of sale items are at the discretion of Sleepy Sharky. We are not obligated to accept returns on sale items. If you have any concerns about a sale item, please contact our customer support team before making your purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically within 21 days), depending on your payment provider's policies.
