However, we must also address instances where a fraudulent claim is made regarding the receipt of items in a parcel. 1. Customer Claims

In cases where a customer reports receiving only one item when the order should contain more items, our customer support team will initiate an investigation to verify the claim.

In the event of a chargeback being raised by the customer, all evidence related to the investigation of the claim will be submitted to the respective financial institution handling the chargeback. It is essential to note that, depending on the outcome of the investigation, the customer who initiated the chargeback may be subject to penalties and or legal action imposed and carried out by their bank or financial institution.

2. Investigation Process

Our investigation team will thoroughly review the evidence provided by the customer and may request additional information as needed. This process is carried out to ensure the accuracy and validity of the claim.

3. Final Decision

The decision of our investigation team is considered final. If it is determined that a fraudulent claim has been made, the following actions will be taken:

1. The customer may be subject to consequences as deemed appropriate by Sleepy Sharky, including but not limited to account suspension, loss of return privileges, legal action, or other measures necessary to protect the integrity of our service.

2. Sleepy Sharky reserves the right to withhold refunds, replacements, or other remedies in the event of a fraudulent claim.
